I like Xbox360 and xboxlive, I just hate their pricing system and that they charge to play online, you'd think maybe they could give gold members benefits like % off on purchases etc and let silver members play buy put small advertisements on lobby screens and loading screens.. I dunno maybe it's just me.
I also suspect I'd like it more if I actually had a friend list lol
