Both games have been announced for Xbox One for a few months at least, I can't see them printing sleeves that early. As far as I know sleeves are printed for a game once the game has entered manufacturing after it has gone gold, which is usually about 3-4 weeks before release.

ahh i was just trying to come up with a somewhat logical reason, i guess someone just F#cked up and maybe looking for work
