Anyone who says that U.S. forces aren't well trained have no idea what is going on. They are unbelievably accurate and efficient. In a ground fight with similar arms, they about always have the advantage. Europe could not invade the U.S., that's for sure. However, even if the U.S. forces could successfully invade and defeat EU, the losses would probably be astronomical. But I suppose if a war of attrition is okay, they could possibly win. The Navy and Air Force are just next level.
