Well yeah, there's the purity problem. But if these drugs were both legal and clean and regulated and safe, that wouldn't be an issue. I'm not advocating using at all, I'm just saying that if it was clean, and a safe amount was available, there would be no permanent side effects. But the way it is now, it's definitely totally fucked.
