Well, maybe a bit, the controllers on the consoles are not very precise no matter how you slice it... a mouse + keybaord is better...
However, I don't think the simulated controllers on the touch screens are as good as console controllers as they try to emulate the first one, if you tried Shadowgun on the Ouya you would know that the controls are thight in spite of the touch screen controls, not because of it.
