Ok it was just a bug for Resistance 2 Online... It has been back after 8 hours down time.
"All these games being shut down use dedicated servers. That's what happens when you lose 1.1 billion dollars. You have to start cutting costs... Meanwhile Halo 3, PGR3 and most 360 games use peer to peer. Not to worry though...many PS3 games use P2P and will be up for a long time."
But those games actually uses a lot of P2P I think, I mean, Resistance 1 is only Custom games, nobody plays ranked games nowadays so it's hosted by an user's PS3. On Resistance 2, there are all coop games hosted by people and like 70-90% of the competitive games hosted by people playing also.
Isn't that mostly P2P for those games? (didn't check R3 and GT5 yet)
