I think one of the potential Pros of legalizing it would be better education of the risks involved with smoking it.
1. opponents to it would see averyone knew the danger
2. Law suits would surley go after the companies making it, adding to public knowledge.
3. It would be 1 of 3 legal drugs to teach about in schools. (to me it seems more time is spend teaching the cons of leagal drugs.)
