I felt 2012 was a bit meh, but 2013 was pretty good from their first party. TLOU was the only "holy shit" game, but everything else was still good.

Beyond Two Souls (technically second party)
Gran Turismo 6
The Last of US
Ratchet & Clank: Into the Nexus (shush, it's a first party IP :P)
Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time
Plus a load of great third party exclusives like Ni No Kuni.
To be honesty they should probably have been concentrating more on PS4 development in 2013, but hey ho :P Sony never have been great at launch line ups.
But yeah, 2009 - 2011 was glorious.
