I noticed this too:

After previously stating 'Rumble was last-gen' and 'Rumble wouldn't work in a motion-sensing controller', Sony ate their own words and once again copied Nintendo. They released this slightly updated version of their 'last-gen' controller, much to the amusement of the entire gaming world, and once again proving Sony reps are not to be taken too seriously.'
