Most action movies have a 2.35:1 aspect ratio. And these bluray movies are still considered 1080p even though there are black bars. The Order is no different.
No upscaling occurs on a 1080p display with The Order. It is not like Ryse, which is upscaled from 900p to 1080p. So it is technically wrong to call The Order 800p.....
