Is Titanfall the game that Starhawk was supposed to be?

No. Titanfall is COD with mechs while Starhawk is a third person battlefield like game. Completely different style, just cause they both have mechs doesn't mean they're pretty much the same, that's like saying Battlefield and COD are similar.
