Sony tried to create an amazing rental service in PS+, but not even a considerable fraction of their userbase embraced it. On the other hand, MS simply took out a feature from the game and repackaged it as a service, BAM, millions of subscribers. It's just sad. No wonder Sony put MP behind paywall this gen as well. And this is why microtransactions are the new thing. People don't mind paying for parts of their games, or things they've already bought. I just want to know at this point what the limits are.
