Yes, this scumbag should be judged for the rest of his pathetic life. I'm currently looking up laws in the UK, and they go soft on sex offenders. You only get life registration if you're sentenced to 4 years. A person under the age of 18 gets HALF of what someone 18 or older would get.

In the US laws vary by state, but In the New York there are three levels of sex offenders, everyone in the second or third level is registerd for life, and everyone in the first is registerd for 20 years, or for life if they're a sexual predator, sexually violent, or predicate offender. Sexual predators and level three offenders are obligated to verify their addresses with police every 90 days. If someone under 18 is convicted, then they're subject to the same laws those over 18 face. Meaning this boy would be fucked here in New York.

I'm really surprised the UK is that soft when it comes to sex offenders.
