If you buy a computer and have enough time to hook up the internet, then you have enough time to do the child lock thingy or whatever it's called.
..shit only takes like 5-10 minutes max.
But this kid was fucked regardless of them having the internet blocked. He had to have been thinking of doing this to his sister before hand.
