At 13 you are still taking information about rules about life. If you see countless videos where females are purely for sex then clearly it may have an effect. That's not an excuse for this person who is clearly a horrendous individual but again the system has failed. He has managed to access pornography.
Sometimes parents are too busy to set up safeguards or monitor their children and just hope for the best.
