Im suggesting this because you are knocking something you have never tried before, you are saying that you are endangering lives by smoking weed, you are taking the stereotypical stoned guy who doesnt know what the hell is going on and believing that its always like that, its not like alcohol, you still feel in control, your mind doesnt start telling you to go and drive cars, you still know whats a bad idea etc. And even though i dont approve of stoned driving a test on this tv programme showed that on average youare a more careful driver when stoned, this is because they are more attentive and kind of paranoid about crashing etc. |
that's like saying that you can't critise a a killer till you killed some one your self, but we all know thats wrong because that's how we've been tought, this is the same thing with drug, we've been tought that they are bad and that the only good drugs are those that are for medicinal purposes. I suppose many will now say that marijuana has medicinal properties and I'd agree with you, however, those properties should be put in a pill and offered to those that need it rather than trying to legitimise smoking marijuana. |
Perfect example of a disanalogy, and the fact that you are saying that its bad because you have been taught that its bad kinda backs up lots of points that have been made.
