You knew laws are made to be broken. Selling these things while they are illegal proves it. I don't think this will do anything good. Expect it to be worse.
Think about it. Since it's legalized if you still bought it illegally, you are not to be questioned. However you look at it, it won't stop drug dealers on the street.
