I've heard (anecdotal, I don't know the true facts) that one joint is approximately 4 times worse than 1 cigarette, but I've known people that smoke 2 packs of cigarettes a day o.O; which is like 40 cigarettes, I don't know anyone who's smoked 10 joints in a day, maybe 1 or 2, but not 10. If that ratio is true thats a pretty awesome figure lol.
