Quite some. Most are construction/simulation games as they are naturally endless. Even though usually, except Anno 1404, they don't track time I know for sure I've topped 100 hours in these games, possibly even up to tenfold on some like Anno 1602 and Galactic Battlegrounds. A couple are even more. If I'd guess my hours on both SimCity 4 and Rollercoaster Tycoon 2, I'd say it's probably up to about 4-5000 hours. Though those four are by far the highest. At at least a hundred hours are:
