By the looks of it those Steam accounts look like they steal games then trade/sell them.

Can't do that, it goes into only your account not inventory I tried buying one as a gift but it says I already own the games on my steam so they don't go into the inventory

You can send/sell the links to other users, those accounts are taders if you look at their profile comments.


Also, change your password if you haven't done so. :P
