No, single play through, and had 40 bottles built up by the end too. I think the days were a bit longer than 13 mins tho. Not sure how long, but I'm sure a bit more than that.
edit: I think your right. I must be mistaking about 30 hours, I might be thinking of another game? Anyway, I loved pikmin 3, lol....
