E3 was well before the deal was reached for the game to be a complete MS exclusive, back when people were still "waiting for it to come to Playstation". Doesn't make any sense for MS to go out and bribe people. Also, the fact that the praise has been basically universal gushing, tells me the game is just good. But feel free to continue donning your tin foil hat shouting conspiracy.
