UPDATE: All games recovered!

The Humble Bundle "support ninja" who handled my case required that I provide them with the transaction ID for each of my compromised purchases (a 12-digit or so code starting with X, provided in the payment confirmation email (in my case, from Amazon Payments)).

I provided him with all 10 of the transaction IDs, he commented on how many it was, and he reset every single one of them for me. Success! I have recovered every single one of the 49 total games stolen from me. So, just keep this in mind next time you're deciding what percentages of your purchases go as a Humble Tip. These guys totally deserve some of that cash.

Original Post:

So many of you know I'm a US soldier currently deployed in Afghanistan.

Being here in Afghanistan, my computer/Internet access & availability has been shoddy at best.

But I've still, at least, been able to regularly buy Humble Bundles. I just haven't been able to fire up Steam, so I never got around to claiming my keys provided by my Humble Bundles.

Today, with the Humble Sid Meier Bundle, I have actually been on a computer that was capable of letting me connect my Humble account to Steam and directly redeem my codes. So I bought the bundle, connected it, and thought, "Hmm, good time for me to go ahead and claim all my other keys."

So I started opening them up, for the first time ever since purchasing them.

Immediately, my day turned shitty. Every single one of the purchases I've made on the Humble Bundle site since deploying has been stolen. Every. Single. One.

*note: It only NOW says that they will be redeemed by myself, thetonestarr, because I had linked my accounts together before discovering the theft.

As you can see, some of the content was somehow directly claimed into existing accounts (MxJ and nimcornel98-Jocuri pe profil). Most of the rest, though, was done smarter than that - turned into gift codes and claimed that way. Every single one of them is gone, though.

Morale of the story? REDEEM YOUR STEAM KEYS IMMEDIATELY! If you are incapable of redeeming them immediately, DO NOT PURCHASE HUMBLE BUNDLE CONTENT!

I have contacted the Humble Bundle team in regards to this situation, but I have yet to receive a response from them.
