I had a better time playing BlazBlue if just for it's story mode. It's much longer than DoA 5+'s and it's (imo) damn funny. I always wanted to get a wrong ending because those are so freaking hilarious. Some of the funniest stuff in gaming period, and right up there with games like Kid Icarus Uprising in terms of humour. But again, that's the only reason I like that one more. I can't really comment on the gameplay to much, since to me fighting game is fighting game, and I may not pick up on some technical stuff. The biggest difference is that BlazBlue is a 2D fighter with sprite based graphics, while DoA uses a 3D environment with 3D models and all that stuff. I'm really sorry if I'm not being helpful here. I'll just say that I spent a considerable amount of time playing both and still do on a regular basis even though I'm just playing them casually and usually don't fight online or anything like that. |
Thanks alot :) I guess i'll pick up BlazBlue since i prefer 2d fighters more (i've only played Skullgirls). I'm a newbie at fighters & i've found them really interesting
