Yeah I dont see the PS3 version outselling the 360 version, especially because 2,000,000 of the PS3's install base is in Japan. But I do see the PS3's hardware selling atleast in line with the 360.
GTA is like the meat in a GT5P and MGS4 sandwich. I know its a gay analogy, but the month before you have a Prologue version of the most popular racing game/ best selling non-Nintendo series in history. Afterwards you have the last game in a hugely popular series. This game also is the first to use 50gb of data in one disc, and is the most hyped game of the year. Add in Blu-Ray and hopefully Home/XMB by that point and you have a 3-4 month stretch of absolute gaming heaven.
Thats not including Haze and Socom(currently Sony's most popular shooter game)
Its just looking more and more like Sony will, worst case scenario, move as many consoles as Xbox during GTA. Before and after it will greatly outsell the XBox ESPECIALLY if they drop the price.
