The Infamous number is very good, the question now will be how many they can sell beyond that pre-order number. Gran Turismo 6 had 243k USA pre-orders and has only sold 300k in all of North America. Killzone Shadow Fall had 303k pre-orders, and has sold 460k total in North America. I could easily see Infamous picking up 300k pre-orders and then go on to only sell another 150k on top of that. It really needs to be a good game. If it comes out an gets 9's by all the reviewers it could be a huge hit, but if it gets mediocre reviews like GT6 and Killzone, I don't think it will sell much more then the number of pre-orders it has. |
