First Platinum on PS4

single player trophies are not that bad and actually really fun. However the MP throphies are a grind because you have to get to 60 and buy everything. There are speedy ways to do it if you look online however.

Spoiler - if you wanna get all single player thropies on first play through make sure you complete every conversation with your crew when given the oppertunity. i had to play back through it just for that one bronze lol.

You lost me at MP trophies. The only MP trophies I will ever get are the Uncharted type ones of "play at least one MP match". MP holds bascially no interest for me and certainly not enough to go to the trouble of getting all the trophies. So it looks like no TR platinum for me.
