Definitely physical. The only games I'll be getting digital are those that are only available digitally and the PSN+ "freebies". Though going mainly digital is very tempting to hide the number of games I have from my wife and to stop her bitching at me to sell some of the games I've finished playing, as if they're worth some substantial amount. Still it is nice to be able to on-sell games when I want to.
