I can somewhat follow this logic, but the terms "console quality" and "handheld quality" don't strike me as apt descriptors. When I call a game a "quality" video game, I'm referring to how good it is on an all-encompassing level. It boggles my mind to think that the whole meaning of the term can change because "console" or "handheld" are added in front of it.

Yes, I do care about semantics. I don't like arguments in which the points being made are unclear to begin with.
