To put things in to perspective with data caps... You would need 15-20Mbps sustained throughput for 4K streaming. In 1 hour of viewing you would burn through almost 10 GB of data. If you have a cap of 50, 100, 200 GB per month, you'd be screwed.
In Canada a 50 Mbps connection with no caps can be had for ~$60 per month, so I don't see much issues with the connection. If you can afford a 4K TV, you should be able to afford this type of a connection.
