Firstly we need a real account system coz the current one is still kinda ass. Then I would be asking what do I get from it. Personally I say VC games for free, 2 a month that we keep for good. We also get bi-weekly discounts and CN stars/coins. And to top it off 2-3 free rentals like PS+. Yeah thats a lot of shit I guess but thats me trying to hold back, why because Nintendo's online isnt worth the money. Theres like 2 games worth paying online for on WiiU (and 3DS if its like that too) and thats Mario Kart and Smash Bros.
