Doesn't matter much to me, though I can understand that it matters more to others.
I've honestly never noticed the difference between 30fps and 60fps. I can't tell one from the other unless someone tells me. I guess if I really tried I could but I don't care enough to do that. As for resolution, both my televisions are 720p, so yeah.
Hell, I don't even notice most minor flaws, the ones that people bickered about between the PS3 and 360. Bayonetta was really the only game where I said, "OK, screw them, this is messed up."
Whichever I end up with between the XO and PS4, it will be because of the exclusive games each one offers, not the resolution and frame-rate of third-party titles.
