I don't understand, it's 1v1, you can't win anymore, you forfeit. Why is that called a rage quit? Why stick around, instead of matchmaking for a new hopefully more evenly matched game. Forfeiting a game of chess is normal behavior, why is it called rage quitting in this kind of 1v1 game?

Disconnect, or forfeit willingly, you get a loss simple. If you're looking for a punching bag, play against the AI.

I don't know what the big problem is, is it hard to get a new game going? Is it important to get wins? Do losses take away something?
I've only played fighters in couch vs, and we quit all the time when the match is uneven and pick different fighters. Uneven matches aren't fun for either side.

Kinda weird the code can't figure out who disconnected, anyway it can always award a win to whoever was in the lead. Not award a loss on disconnection, not to punish those with bad internet, but award something for completing matches. If you have to resort to punishing your player base to keep the game interesting, then you're doing something wrong.

?? Its a bad fighting game if a match is uneven.

You should never have to quit because a game is uneven.
