I hope Tecmo-Koei do well with Toukiden and Deception IV - as has been pointed out we have most of the smaller Japanese titles on their way to the west, and most of the remainder is with the mid-tier publishers who insist on doing their own localisations - Bamco in particular have God Eater 2, Tales of Hearts/Innocence, Shin Gundam Musou, One Piece Musou 2 as well as some other upcoming games like Digimon World. Hopefully they can be encouraged to localise by the success of similar publishers
None of these are silver bullets but would bulk out the lineup nicely, even if some of them are multiplats. It still wouldn't dramatically cause an upswing in Vita's fortunes, but may provide some incentive to produce more exclusive content which perhaps could help things to a greater degree.
Oh, and boo at Conception 2 digital only, I'll give in with Muramasa soon because of the DLC being so worthwhile but I won't like it :(
