So you think that companies should pay and build every road they use, Should you pay for the roads you use? answer to both questions is yes, both you do and the companies. furthermore roads are built by and paid for by the states (mostly), which the states are empowered to do .the water that is delivered to their plant should all be paid by them, they pay their own water bills, do they not? All the stop lights, the protection from cops and our military should also be paid for and if not. Protecting peoples, rights (to include property), is one of the few legitimate functions of the federal government., you are a socialist.
