For the PS3, there was that argument, most of the time the answer was 720p30 with prettier games. Even though it could run 1080p60. So him saying that it isn't going to happen soon means that he thinks that MS is going to choose a pretty game over one that runs at 1080p60. Before anyone says that Forza looks great and it is 1080p60, I am talking about relatively. Relatively speaking it would probably be ugly compared to a game that runs at 720p30 on the same system.
