yes you can. Like Nintendo did with Bayo2 for example

so far i understood it, sony was talking about a surprise game that suddenly makes a lot of people buy a vita and not some game that hardly anyone expects to come to the vita. latter one can be planed but not the first one. if planning a success would be possible we would have topseller after topseller.
