PS3 V XBox 360. What console should you buy?

I bought the PS3 after I sold the Wii.

I guess what I'm asking is why'd you feel a lack of games warranted selling your Wii, but not so for your PS3?

From what I gathered in previous threads, you lost money selling off your Wii.  It makes no difference to me how you spend your money, understand, but if I were in your shoes I'd have just put my Wii in storage or something.

I only lost $40 or so. Owned it for about 7 months. Not bad.

I didn't sell the PS3 because I would have taken a massive loss in it.
