On the flip-side, the PA supreme court issued a ruling that struck down one of the more far-reaching pro-fracking laws (ones which dictated that access for fracking completely trumped municipal zoning laws: gas-extraction businesses could set up anywhere that they could buy the land no matter how the local government wanted the land to be used)
It isn't all bad here in PA. By the end of the year, Tom Corbett will be gone
