Get the console used, get the game used, and bam, no support to MS while still playing any exclusives you think are worth the trouble. Only issue is paying for online...but that's not an issue for single player and local multiplayer!

KI is download only.  :)  You have to buy the game.

Hopefully they don't do that with too many good games. I don't want that to become a trend across the industry...
