Actually with 900p+ put like that, the correct thread title would be

PS4 @ 1080P@30fps+ vs Xbone 900p+@20fps+

Or people could just not make deliberately misleading thread titles, idk. Lets cut him some slack though, he tried the same joke on GAF and got zero responses :(

But now, seriously, the title thread could be less "flaming", something like..."Xbone version 900p in cutscenes, less graphics effects than PS4 version, less than 20fps in some gameplay moments".

But after reading it myself, it sounds even more flaming...., because sometimes, truth hurts more than lies.
