For me DOA Ultimate had some pretty damn fine graphics I'd go as far to say they were better than Ninja Gaiden [but it fighter vs 3rd p action]. On the GC its gotta be the Resident Evil & RE4, Silicon Knights remake for MGS:TS wasn't bad either.
I'll have to agree with the folks that mention the Splinter Cell heck all in the series had good graphics IMO special mention to PG2 and FORZA in the racing dept.
