GTA won't sell more on the PS3 than it will on the 360 , possibly in it's entire lifetime it may but not this year one major reason being the install base.
We may find however the PS3 attach rate is higher than the 360's attach rate for GTA 4.
I don't think DLC will play a huge role in sales unless it's marketed well or the DLC is exceptionaly good.
