Wii U for me. I'm quite pleased with Ubisofts releases for Wii U, and I see much potential in Watch Dogs with the touch screen. I hope Ubisofts sees it too and releases a unique version of the game for Wii U.
Let us hope Watch Dogs will see solid sales for Wii U. Nintendo needs thirdparty support badly.
