You're on a video game forum. More specifically, you're on a video game sales forum. What do you expect?

That summary of yours is uncalled for, though. It's one thing to have a hobby and account on a videogame forum, but it's another to be "detached from the real world". That is an insult to anyone here.

When you have thousands of death treats because of Mass Effect 3 ending. Making a fuss because Cranky Kong was the Nintendo reveal at the VGX. All gaming forums insulting either MS, Sony or Nintendo. FF XIII is a piece of shit. Death treats because Bayonetta 2 is a Wii U exclusive. Nintendo is doomed because of the 2DS. Mobile games are the devil. I can agree with all impertinence said.

The reasons above is why people doesn't take the game industry seriously. They see the industry (and it's fans) like a bunch of grown up kids, and sadly, this kind of things doesn't really prove them wrong.
