Killzone didn't run at 30fps... SP is variable from 30-60fps and MP is most of time 60fps.

Yes, I'm talking about single player and while it is often above 30fps (running in the 40s at times) it's never even close to hitting 60fps:

Bottom line:  I've played KZ and BF4 on PS4 and there's a big difference in smoothness between the two games.  To me, the 900p vs 1080p difference is nothing compared to the difference in frame rate.
