eralier i would propably have said activision.. these days however, it is a tie between Capcom, EA and Microsoft
EA because of many medium sized issues such as always on drm, online passes, forced origin, etc.. in total it is a very large amount of annoyances that makes them equal to the others.
Capcom because of the complete discrespect of on disc DLC that is locked, aswell as the Super arcade anniversary 13th edition of any game they create these says.
Microsoft (propably the winner here if any) because of the always online, no used games attempt. i dont give a fuck if they didnt go through with it it. they would if preorders didnt drop. notice how they didnt say anything about those policies untill people found out themselves. if this wasnt the age of the internet, people wouldnt have known before xbox one had hit store shelves. what i am trying to say is that you could put it into perspective like this: if you come home and see someone breaking into your house, but he stops and walks away because you caught him in the act. would you just let it go?. MS have also implemented microtransactions in their games, but these prices are insanely higher than any other who does that, except for scam mobile games that just hope you incorrectly press a button during gameplay.
