Activision without question.
They pretty much killed Guitar Hero and similar games by oversaturating the hell out of the market. The way the whole Infinity Ward fiasco went down. Them running Call of Duty from respectable series into basically a joke. Plus a majority of their games these days are simply terrible.
EA still puts out some pretty solid games from time to time (though without nearly enough support), and Capcom has become a big supporter of PC gaming which has been refreshing and the DmC refresh was pretty entertaining. Surprised Konami isn't on the list, and as much as I want another epic 2D Castlevania like SOTN, Lords of Shadow is a surprisingly solid game. Metal Gear is kind of a joke these days.
