if it is android based it probably will compete more with ouya than ps4/xbone. more of a chromecast box than a console i'd expect.
like the kindle fire,.. i expect a peice of hardware that is excellent if you are ballz deep into the amazon ecosystem but too restrictive if you want to use anything else.
