Pokemon Gold, Skyrim, Xenoblade Chronicles, Oblivion, Brawl, Mario Kart Wii all had playtimes up to and over 300 hours.
Games over 100 hours include Animal Crossing: New Leaf (presumably Wild World too), Fire Emblem: Awakening, Ocarina of Time, Twilight Princess, Mario Galaxy (through repeated play-throughs), several Advance Wars games and probably more.
EDIT: Skies of Arcadia Legends also springs to mind as definitely being over the 100 hour mark. I played it once a year up until about 2010, with around 40 hours as an average play time... so yeah. Still one of my favourite games. May have to dig it out and give it a play sometime this year.
